A Year Later

In April last year, I wrote an article on the blog discussing a moment of professional reflection. I had gone through some major career changes and felt the need to rethink where I wanted to steer my career. At that time, I gave myself the opportunity to explore areas that had always interested me, such as Artificial Intelligence, SEO, or the development of personal projects.

Since then, I've learned a ton. I trained as an AI Specialist, started working with the ChatGPT API, developed tools to generate automated content, and launched several SEO-optimized affiliate websites. I've also delved into web design and development, combining AI, automation, and digital strategy to help small businesses position themselves online.

But now, after that period of exploration, I have a much more defined vision: my goal is to resume my career as a Product Owner and Project Manager, with a clear focus on adding value by leading projects and teams.

Training and Planning

To achieve this, I've outlined a specific training plan. First, I'm preparing to obtain the PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification, and later, I'll focus on the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Additionally, I'm carefully selecting other complementary training programs to help me continue developing key skills in product management, leadership, and agile methodologies. My idea is to return to the job market in the second half of the year, with a more solid, more focused, and better-prepared profile to take on new challenges.

Parallel Projects That Enrich Me

Throughout this time, I've continued to develop personal initiatives in parallel: affiliate websites, AI automation tools, SEO consulting... I don't see them as a deviation, but rather as a natural extension of my interests and a way to stay active, learning, and trying new things. These activities allow me to reinforce skills that are perfectly applicable in the world of product management: experimentation, rapid validation, analysis, automation, and strategic vision.

Productivity Without Chaos 😉

One of the biggest lessons from this last year has been adopting a personal productivity system that allows me to advance toward my goals without falling into chaos or saturation. Thanks to this approach, I manage to maintain focus, manage multiple projects in parallel, and progress with clarity. This system is what is allowing me to balance my training, my projects, and my personal life.

Let's Go for 2025!

Today I find myself in a very different place than a year ago. I have a clear direction: to return to the market as a Product Owner and Project Manager, with a more solid foundation, complementary experience, and a mindset focused on continuous learning. The initiatives I've developed during this time haven't been a pause, but a springboard. They've given me tools, confidence, and clarity.

And now, with renewed focus, I keep moving forward.
